then blink your eyes right now and keep blinking every 3-5 seconds to keep your eyes moist. Now, turn away from the screen and gaze far away, hopefully out a window with a beautiful view. Rest your eyes and let them focus on distance for awhile. Relax your shoulders. Relax your eyes, jaw, entire face. Breathe deeply. :o)
